Staff and location were exceptional, and this hotel was truly exceptional and spotless. I slept so comfy in the amazing bed. Great reception. I had good 2-night stay here!

The breakfast was perfect, the staff was cheerful. Location really close to the centre, center of town and shops restaurants. I appreciated the brunch in The Laurels Pub, located nearby. It was a fantastic stay, you could leave a car on-site.

Cool, cool rooms and excellent amenities. They made my stay enjoyable. Plenty of supplies in the room: coffee, Wi-Fi and air conditioner. The pastries and cheese for breakfast were much appreciated. Great value, and the location was absolutely ideal for exploring Killarney;)))

It was spotless place, staff were best, and I appreciated my luxury room. The location was REALLY CONVENIENT, close to the black valley. Freshly prepared breakfast with lots of exceptional foods.

Would recommend it to family. Bed was comfortable & staff was loyal. Really enjoyed that we were upgraded to a family room. Easy enough to find, in the middle of Killarney.
